The biggest yearling sale of the year, Keeneland September, takes place Sept. 8-20 in Lexington, KY. There’s a long list of siblings to MyRacehorse and Edge Racing runners in the large catalog (and in one case a foal). See below for those sellers to watch.

Hip 5 – This Uncle Mo filly is a full-sister to none other than recent G1 Clement L. Hirsch S. winner and Breeders’ Cup-bound Bob Baffert trainee Seismic Beauty, who was a $550K seller at this auction in 2022.

Hip 92 – Out of local Grade 1 winner Restless Rider, this colt is a full-brother to the soon-to-be-named Gun Runner juvenile filly bound for the Baffert barn.

Hip 334 – Already named Nonstop, the May 4 foal by Flightline is a half-brother to Horse of the Year and young sire Authentic.

Hip 493 – This daughter of Candy Ride (Arg) is half to Sirius Pursuit as well as this year’s stakes-placed sophomore filly Paula’s a Star.

Hip 695 – She’s a full-sister to MGSW and $1.8-million seller Envoutante (Uncle Mo) as well as a 3/4-sister to MRH’s stakes-placed Simply Enchanting (Nyquist). A solid sale here could add to the already strong appeal that November sale-bound Simply Enchanting boasts as a broodmare prospect.

Hip 815 – This son of Practical Joke is a half to defending champion sprinter Straight No Chaser and another 2025 stakes winner in T Kraft.

Hip 944– By top sire Good Magic, she’s a half-sister to Catalyst as well as six black-type earners.

Hip 1026 – An Ontario-bred like her half-sister Isle Blue, this May 9 foal is by super sire Into Mischief.

Hip 1098 – This daughter of Omaha Beach got a very nice pedigree update when half-sister Reputation took Colonial’s Tyson M. Gilpin S. She sells just days before Reputation is scheduled to make her graded stakes debut in Churchill’s G3 Dogwood.

Hip 1122 – By well-regarded young sire Charlatan, this filly’s a half to Edge Racing’s 2-year-old filly by Not This Time out of Got It Made.

Hip 1281 – From the super deep extended female family of the brilliant Flightline, this colt by another first-season sire in Mandaloun is a half to multiple stakes-placed Caldera.

Hip 1645 – This filly’s from the first crop of another highly regarded first-year sire in Life Is Good. She’s a 3/4-sister to Kenny McPeek pupil Trust But Verify.

Hip 1829 – This daughter of City of Light is half to hard-knocking Blue Devil. Their 2-year-old half-brother by Maclean’s Music was an $850K OBS April seller after costing $185K last September.

Hip 2520 – Instant Impact will look to break through at Churchill Downs on Sept. 14—two days before his Aloha West half-sister goes through the ring at Keeneland.

Hip 2709 – This Tonalist filly’s pedigree improved earlier this year when half-brother Banks took the Rushaway S., and she has another active sibling now in 3/4-sister Misstrial.

Hip 2829 – Already named Blessings, she’s a full to fellow grey Incredible.

Hip 3028 – This Aloha West colt is out of Stirred, just like our Norm Casse-bound juvenile filly by Independence Hall. Stirred’s half-sister Formula Rossa was recently second in the G3 Rancho Bernardo H.

Hip 3174 – He’s another by Mandaloun and is half to Edge Racing’s allowance winner Normandy Queen.

Hip 3461 – This Epicenter colt is the first foal out of Seize the Grey Broodmare Band member Tiffany’s Mo. He could provide a pedigree update both for the mare and his November sale-bound Liam’s Map half-brother. Epicenter is by Not This Time, who is a half to Liam’s Map.

Hip 3572 – By MRH’s Authentic, she’s a half-sister to Moonlit Courage and is already named Lullaby.

Hip 3844 – Hailing from the second crop of G1 Santa Anita Derby winner Rock Your World, this Mar. 23 foal is a half to Nakoma.

Hip 4191 – A registered New York-bred like half-brother Givememythememusic, this son of two-time champion Essential Quality also has five siblings who have earned black-type.

Hip 4391 – This bay Maximus Mischief colt is a half to Native Brew.

Instant Impact is now up in Saratoga, and turned in a very impressive breeze there yesterday morning over the Oklahoma Training Track. He was credited with a half in :50.25. As you’ll see, he out-finished and galloped out far in front of his workmate, who is another colt the barn has thought highly of.

Instant Impact was spotted at our 2025 Ocala Showcase event last weekend, where we trained for the MyRacehorse owners in attendance. Trainer Kenny McPeek’s assistant Steven notes that your colt is very forward and intelligent and is a standout among the many 2-year-olds on the farm. Instant Impact has been galloping regularly at Silver Leaf Training Center, where he is building up strength and fitness while learning every day.

Perfect Impression ‘23 continues to train well at trainer Kenny McPeek’s Ocala farm. The farm reports that your son of Upstart continues to take everything in stride and they are very pleased with how he has progressed. He will likely have his first work sometime in early February.
